Your night recordings belong to you. SnoreSpot is designed around local storage and on-device sound analysis, with sharing initiated by you.

What stays on your device
Recordings, detected sound clips, analysis results, your corrections, journal entries and optional night factors are stored in the app's local storage. SnoreSpot does not operate an account, ad-tracking or automatic recording-upload service. Core recording and sound analysis do not require an internet connection. Purchases and restoration through the App Store or Google Play require the relevant store's network service.
Microphone and sound analysis
The microphone is used after you choose to start a recording and grant permission. On supported iPhone and Android devices, sound analysis runs on the device. Recording and segment analysis continue when you lock the screen or switch apps after starting a recording; Android shows an ongoing recording notification with a Stop action. SnoreSpot does not automatically send recordings, analysis or journal entries to us. Detection can be wrong and is for personal observation, not medical diagnosis. Recordings may capture other people or background sounds; please respect their privacy.
Purchases
If you choose the optional permanent unlock, Apple or Google Play handles the purchase, payment and restoration under its own terms and privacy practices. SnoreSpot checks the relevant store's transaction and entitlement state on your device to provide access. We do not operate a separate payment or receipt server. Buying does not upload your recordings to us. Purchases do not transfer between the App Store and Google Play.
Sharing, backups and exports
Nothing is shared automatically. Before exporting, you can preview the content; dates, night factors and personal notes are excluded by default. If you choose to share a file, the destination app or service may collect or upload it under its own policies. Device backups are controlled by your operating-system settings and may include app data. Files you exported or shared are no longer controlled by deleting their original inside SnoreSpot.
Deletion and support email
You can delete individual recordings and their audio in the app. Uninstalling may remove data stored only in the app. If you email support, your email address and the content you send will be handled through the email service so we can respond; please avoid attaching recordings unless needed. To request deletion of a support conversation, contact the same address.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The date above indicates the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before the related app version is released.

麦克风与声音分析
只有你主动开始录音并授予权限后，应用才使用麦克风。在受支持的 iPhone 和 Android 设备上，声音分析于设备端完成。主动开始后，锁屏或切换应用时录音和分段分析仍会继续；Android 会显示带有“停止”操作的持续录音通知。SnoreSpot 不会自动将录音、分析或日记发送给我们。识别可能出错，仅供个人观察，不用于医疗诊断。录音可能包含他人说话或环境声，请尊重他人隐私。
购买
如选择一次性永久解锁，购买、支付与恢复由 Apple 或 Google Play 依其条款和隐私规则处理。SnoreSpot 在设备端查询相应商店的交易及权益状态以提供访问权限；我们不运营独立的支付或收据服务器。购买不会把录音上传给我们。App Store 和 Google Play 之间不互通购买权益。
分享、备份和导出
内容不会自动分享。导出前可以预览；日期、夜晚因素和个人备注默认不包含。若你主动分享文件，接收应用或服务可能按其规则收集或上传。设备备份由操作系统设置控制，可能包含应用数据。已导出或分享的副本不会随 SnoreSpot 中的原始记录删除而自动删除。
删除与支持邮件
你可以在应用中删除单条记录及其音频。卸载应用可能移除仅保存在应用中的数据。如联系支持，你的邮箱地址和邮件内容会通过邮件服务处理，以便我们回复；非必要请勿附加录音。如需删除支持邮件往来，请联系同一邮箱。
变更
应用功能变化时，本说明可能更新。页面顶部日期为当前版本日期；与新版本相关的重要变更会在该版本发布前反映在此。
